Looking ahead, A Canadian flag by the description will
indicate visiting our neighbor to the north. For easy border crossing this
winter remember to obtain and carry a passport! If you don't have a passport
you need your birth certificate or voter's registration card and a picture on a
piece of government ID (Driver's license) will probably NOT be accepted due to the new regulations which have gone into effect.

The club's first meeting of the season will be a pot luck dinner /
meeting at Bloedel Donovan Park.We will try to keep the meeting
short so we can enjoy the meal and the company of our
companions. Bring your favorite dish, and we will be glad to help
you eat it.
Program: We will be discussing brushing parties for September, updates on progress for trail maintenance grants and NEW TRAILS, and prospective trips. The Cougar Tail is nearing completion
(see Gail’s articles in the September newsletter.). There will also be opportunities for membership signup/renewal, and to buy your sno-park permit.
Anyone interested in Nordic Skiing is welcome!
